We know that jewelry doesn’t last forever. That’s why we offer lifetime complimentary jewelry repairs (and cleanings) for all our handcrafted pieces as part of our Happiness Guarantee! Never stress about wear and tear again. Just return your favorite jewelry to us for a little lovin’ and we’ll send it back to you looking like new!

Please feel welcome to send in any handmade Bleo Boutique jewelry for a cleaning or a qualified repair at any time, regardless of when the purchase was made. Multiple pieces can be sent in at once for repairs or cleanings to cut down on shipping costs.

How it Works

  1. Submit a Repair Ticket to get started. We will send the address to our repairs studio and a unique return merchandise authorization number (“RMA Number”) to your email.

  2. Place the item(s) you are returning and any corresponding paperwork you may have (a receipt, invoice, order confirmation slip, or other proof of purchase) securely in either their original packaging or another postal-approved mailer.

    ! Be sure to send your items back to us with the RMA number written largely and legibly on the outside of the package. Our shipping and receiving department will REJECT any item(s) returned without the designated RMA Number written legibly on the packaging in which they are mailed. Learn more about Making a Return ➜

  3. You will receive an email from us when we receive your item(s) and another one when we ship them back to you after the necessary repairs or cleanings have been completed.

Please Note:

  • Qualified repairs include but are not limited to: chains, clasps, jump rings, earring findings, and materials of the like that have been broken or tarnished, have become defective or lost, or have sustained similar wear-and-tear damage.

  • Embellishments and adornments CANNOT be replaced through the repair process. This includes but is not limited to charms, pendants, beads, stones, and crystals.

  • Only HANDMADE items qualify for repairs.

  • At this time, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
